    Very interesting article, I too am a cybernetics enthusiast and believe that there are a lot of intersecting interdisciplinary research areas such as robotics, AI, computational neuroscience,...etc that have recently gained momentum and main stream research interest. Never thought of it to be a fringe science. Very cool!
